Rental income is expected to be distributed monthly and can be withdrawn to your Verified Bank Account at any time. Note that there is no guarantee that rental income will be distributed every month as some properties may be vacant at purchase, or have vacancies between tenants.
Deposits to the Arvo Wallet can be made using a Debit Cards or Bank Transfers, while Withdrawals can only be made to your Bank Account. Bank Transfer Deposits and Withdrawals typically take 1-2 business days to UAE banks, or 3-5 business days to international banks. Debit Card deposits carry a 2% convenience fee, and cannot be used for Withdrawals.

Payment Date
The first monthly payment date will be finalized after the property is Funded and the title deed has been transferred. Note that if the property is vacant, finding a tenant might take some time which delays the first rental payment.

Bank Transfer Details
Bank transfers may take 1-2 days to process for UAE Bank Transfers, and 3-5 Days for International Banks. You must include your Reference Code so we can match the transfer to your account. If a Reference Code is not used, this may lead to a delay in your funds being credited.

Common Questions
Why didn't I get paid on the date when rent was due?
If the date was a weekend or holiday, payment comes the next business day. If the tenant is late of their rent, rest assured that we are doing everything possible recover it..
Can I choose a different payment date?
No. All rental distributions are set in the details section of the property.
What time is rent paid out?
Payments are processed during UAE business hours. You'll receive a notification when complete.
Can I get paid weekly instead of monthly?
Not currently. The distribution schedule is set per property — currently monthly for all listed properties.
