Summary: You earn money two ways: monthly rental income and property value growth. Rental income goes to your Arvo wallet monthly. You can withdraw to your bank account anytime. All calculations are transparent; you can see exactly how your income is computed.


Two Ways You Earn

1. Rental Income (Monthly)

Tenants pay rent → expenses are deducted → your share goes to your wallet.

2. Capital Appreciation (At Exit)

Property value increases over time → when sold, you receive your share of the profit.


When Do You Get Paid?

Your wallet is where all your money lives on Arvo. You can:

  • Withdraw to your bank account

  • Reinvest into new properties

  • Hold and let it accumulate


Withdrawing to Your Bank

  • Verified bank account linked to Arvo

  • Bank account in your name

  • Minimum withdrawal: $10

How to Withdraw

  1. Open your Arvo wallet

  2. Tap "Withdraw"

  3. Enter amount

  4. Confirm your bank details

  5. Tap "Confirm Withdrawal"

When Properties Are Sold (Exit)

When you exit an investment (through exit windows or property sale):

  1. Property is sold at market value

  2. Transaction costs deducted (disclosed in advance)

  3. Your share calculated based on ownership %

  4. Proceeds deposited to your wallet

  5. Available to withdraw or reinvest

All exit costs are disclosed before you invest. You'll know what to expect.

Common Questions

What if the property is vacant? We aim to get properties with 90%+ tenancy period. If the property is vacant for a while, fees will not be charged for that period.

Why does my income vary? Expenses may vary month to month. Repairs and vacancies may affect it. We provide full statements/comparison per each property.

Can I get paid to my credit card? No. Withdrawals go to verified debit card & bank accounts only.

Is there a maximum withdrawal? No maximum, but large withdrawals may require additional verification.

How do I change my bank account? Go to Wallet → Payment Methods → Add New Bank Account.
