Summary: Once verified, investing takes just a few taps: browse properties, see all costs upfront, pick one you like, enter your amount and confirm.


Step 1: Browse Available Properties

Open the Arvo app and tap "Properties".

You'll see listings showing:

  • Property photo and location

  • Rental details & Growth Rates.

  • Property Price

  • Expected next rental return (%)

  • Funding progress


Step 2: Review Property Details

Tap any property to see complete information.

Key Numbers

  • Total property price: independent valuation

  • Net Rental Return: expected rental yearly return

  • Value Growth: expected property appreciation per year

  • 3 to 5 year return: expected full sale cycle return

Property Information

  • Exact location and neighborhood

  • Property size and features

  • Tenant status (rented or available)

  • Discount to Valuation

  • Timeline

Full Documentation

  • Independent valuation report

  • Property photos and floor plans

  • Complete fee breakdown in spreadsheet

  • Historical data where available

Take your time. Read everything. This is your money. You should know exactly where it's going.


Step 3: Invest into the property

When you're ready:

  1. Enter your investment amount

  2. Tap "Add to Cart"

  3. Minimum is shown. (Minimum is $100/367AED or the lowest amount possible available for investment)

  4. Maximum may be limited based on availability


Step 4: Review and Confirm

Before confirming, you'll see a complete summary:

Read the summary carefully. Then tap "Proceed to checkout".


Step 5: Complete Payment

Choose how to pay:

  • Wallet balance — If you have funds loaded

  • Debit card — Instant payment

    • First transaction is free

    • Subsequent transactions have a fee shown on the app

  • Bank Wire transfer — May take 1-2 days to process

Follow the payment prompts. You'll see a confirmation screen when complete.


What Happens Next

Immediately if paid via Wallet / Debit Card

  • Investment confirmation email sent

  • Property appears in "My Portfolio"

  • Status shows as "Pending" until fully funded

Within 2 weeks (After Property Funded)

  • Share Certificate issued

  • Title Deed access provided

  • Documents available to verify on public registers

Within 60 Days (After Property Funded)

  • First rental income deposited

  • Appears in your Arvo wallet


Tracking Your Investment

In "My Portfolio" you can see:

  • All your investments

  • Current value (updated with valuations)

  • Rental income received

  • Property documents

  • Performance over time

Everything is visible.


Important Things to Know

Funding period: Properties need to be fully funded before purchase completes. If the funding target isn't reached, your money is returned. No fees charged.

Refund period: After your investment, you have 48 hours to get a refund, if you change your mind.

Long-term lock: Real estate is a long-term investment. Your investment will be locked for 12M+.

Diversification: Consider spreading investments across multiple properties to reduce risk.


Common Questions

What if the property doesn't get fully funded? Your money is returned to your wallet. No fees charged.

Can I invest more in the same property later? Only during exit windows when other investors sell shares.

How do I know it's a good property? We go through 1000s of properties in our analysis before selecting properties to list on the platform. In addition to our internal research, we provide full documentation, independent valuations, and market analysis. You can do your own research and we give you everything you need.

Are there any hidden fees? No. Everything is disclosed in the property listing.
