How Arvo Works

We find high-quality properties in prime locations. Then we divide each property into affordable shares that anyone can buy.

When you invest with Arvo:

  1. You become a real owner. Your name is on legal ownership documents issued by the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).

  2. You earn rental income. Any income generated from your property being rented is shared based on your ownership.

  3. You benefit from growth. When property values rise, so does your investment.

  4. We handle the operational side. We work with industry-leading property management companies to find tenants, collect rent, and maintain your property.

  5. You can exit. Bi-annual Exit Windows let you sell your shares, or wait for the full property sale once return targets are hit. Both are available only after a 1-year holding period and are subject to demand.


We Are Empowering a New Generation of Property Owners

Real estate platforms charge fees. We do too. The difference is what those fees are for, and whether we have any skin in the game after collecting them.

We analyse thousands of listings to find properties with above-market return potential. We negotiate with sellers to land prices below independent valuation.

Once the property is funded, we charge a Platform Fee to cover our costs of sourcing the opportunity and managing the investment process. Once it is rented, you receive your share of rental income. We charge a small annual Admin Fee to maintain the SPV, stay compliant, and keep the platform running. When the property sells, we charge an Exit Fee to manage the transaction.

These fees cover real work. They are charged at each stage and disclosed in full before you invest.

Then there is the Performance Fee: 8% of any capital appreciation, taken only when your investment grows in value. This is where our interests are genuinely tied to yours. If the property does not appreciate, we do not charge for growth we did not deliver. That is why we are motivated to select properties that perform, not just properties that are easy to fund.
